Breakfast Date

Lindsay, Liam, Shaylee and Emmie busied themselves with games that Mom remembers from childhood (many blue moons ago).  We made a trip to the CR Public Library after breakfast.

Later in the week, Emmie asked to look at the toy section at HyVee.  They had replaced part of the toy section with clearance items.  "That's it?!? Wow, they really need to step up their game."

Angie's Birthday Dinner

Emmie and Sophia made grass salads to serve up.  Mom ordered and was served immediately, "Speedy quick service; that's our motto!  Have a seat up there.  It's the best seat on Earth."

The Last Lunch

Despite having been fired from the Lemonade and Bead Business, Victor treated Emmie to lunch before his departure for Switzerland.  He also bought a Shoppie Doll and Shopkins from the newest season (ironically themed International travel) for his "little monkey".  Emmie was outwardly upset over Victor leaving.  She had just decided how to introduce Victor to her friends, "That's Victor.  He likes his privacy."

(though we gave him little privacy given one working toilet in the house for a week, and a missing door on his bathroom the next week)

Victor waved vehicles down from every direction.  Emmie agreed to give him 5% in exchange for his efforts, but then fired him when he asked for his name to be on the sign.
